Little elf playing with chalk while I rake

We are basically to the point of settled. It has been an... interesting week at the D. Goodans (and probably the B. Goodans) but we are moving onward. Autumn is a champ with all the commotion and change. She has been outside more in the last two weeks than we have been in the last 3 months in AZ. Her favorite saying, or our favorite to interpret, is "Watts dees". We hear clear as a bell "What's this?". She always has a wonderful way of holding her hand palm up and saying quiet strongly some baby jargon that comes out to my ears as " I told you so!" Lala and Papa Mark came down from GreatFalls on Saturday. Papa cut a tree back for us and started to upgrade some outlets. Lala watched Autumn while I took a wonderful afternoon nap watching Dominic roll across my belly. It was his first big show and it was great to share it with my mother.
Last week we found a doctor here in town. After Autumn made friends with everyone in the waiting room and I was granted a show of 5 other pee samples ( I still can't figure out why they were on the counter) we waited for the meeting of the very busy doctor. We had mild clean up of cheerios and "no no no don't touch the bio hazard tin" and finally she appeared. We heard Dominic's heartbeat for the first time in Montana and Autumn waved and said "Hi!". It was a wonderful thing.
