Fort season is back

There he is!

Autumn is taking dance once a week, she loves it! picture from my phone while I was hiding behind a wall

Naked boy airing out a diaper rash, tried to keep him confined to an area for pee control...it didn't work.

playing robot with my Sweets!

Dom had Dana's phone playing Rod Stewart "if you think I'm sexy" he's a genius like that. So we rocked out in the box while Autumn asked if she could come in...no idea why the death grip on the couch.

The last week has been one of self realization and try and fails at life lessons. I am glad that I have great friends I can talk to and run situations by that don't sugar coat anything and oh yeah, have you met my Mother.:) Nothing I am going through in this wacked out neighborhood that is my brain, is really to big of anything. My mother is going through radiation and has been in the battle of her life for months now. Try that on when you next want a pity party. That felt good.
So, we have these two incredible awesome kiddos that are so full of life and wonderful personalities. The other night laying in bed (does it seem to you this is where the funny happens? and maybe I shared this already,) I told Autumn "I like your brown hair" "thanks Mom, I like your back hair." Wait. My wa? I am certain she meant black hair. Seriously I don't have back hair. Do I?! Dana was holding in a laugh so terribly the bed was shaking. "Thanks Autumn".
We have been on a fort making spree. Everything is potential for fort material. We have two big boxes that have been sat on, thrown against the other, held stuck baby, cut and made to fit head and arms, pushed here pushed there. Dom was thrown into our love of forts the other night and much to our laughing was a little lost when Autumn would disappear under a blanket or into a box. He has not mastered the idea that once you go in you have to back out. So every now and then I have to put down the camera or come from my hiding spot and pull him out. He has amazing expressions. His eyebrows will forever give him away I think. Autumn is so so on the honesty. "Autumn what happened?" "I pushed him". "Autumn is Bean eating your carrot?" "Yes, I throw it on the floor". "Autumn, please don't close that door brother will get stuck" "I want him there". Now we have doors wedged here and there and a big coloring book wedged in her door so that she and Dom do not get stuck in her room. It is harder than it looks to push a sitting baby away from a closed door;)  It is hilarious the things these two do together. Even the shrill scream of Dom when she has done something not so friendly sometimes gives me the giggles. It's great to watch them start to become friends. I heard the other day when Dana and Dom showed up at the B. Goodans for supper and Autumn had been there all day that they both were so excited to see each other. They both had extra time with their Lewistown grands while I had some great women over and a little me time. I think the little pips here and there that Dom made through out the day were ways to look for his sister. Like a "hey! you here?! I'm lonely and Mom is boring!"

You have so much fun with your little loves! Love it! Reegan says Rylan is the only boy she loves (besides her dad of course), and that's why she will marry Ry someday.
